Apartment Community Overview
Island Walk Apartments offers one and two bedroom apartment homes for rent in a beautiful gated community in Tampa, Florida. We are situated on a private island within The Villages of Bayport, with convenient access to numerous highways and bridges. You can find several shopping centers within minutes of our community, including Westshore Plaza and International Plaza. Downtown Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg are all nearby, and Tampa International Airport is a short seven miles away. Our one and two-bedroom apartments are available in several spacious floor plans. Our kitchens and bathrooms include chestnut cabinetry and energy efficient Whirlpool appliances. Every apartment home offers ceramic tile flooring with carpeting in the bedrooms. All of our apartments have ground floor entry, and upstairs homes are designed with vaulted ceilings and a bonus room which converts well into an office or den.
