Use our new Room Painter program to customize your your next apartment home! Choose from our pre-selected palette of Sherwin Williams® paint colors, including a list of today's most popular colors such as: Koi Pond, Safari, Silvermist, Aqua-Sphere, Beach House and Sierra Redwood. You are free to customize your dining room, your living area, and each bedroom in your next UDR apartment home!

Room Painter Tool
Our Room Painter tool provides three paint ready room models and the option to get a visual comparison of each Sherwin Williams paint color. Simply select the room you wish to paint, choose your color, and if you like what you see, order it at NO CHARGE to you*.

Earth-Friendly/Eco-Friendly Paint
Your new apartment home will feature Pro-Green paint from Sherwin Williams. This paint is environmentally friendly and surpasses GS-11 standards for LEED-certified buildings. Pro-Green paint also offers long-term durability, low odor, and meets the highest indoor air quality ratings. This choice of paint is also Anti-microbial, which prevents the growth of mildew. Feel safe and know that you’re making an earth friendly choice when using the Pro-Green solution from Sherwin Williams.

General Terms and Conditions
The UDR Room Painter program is offered at participating communities and on select apartment homes only. Eligible apartment homes will appear in the order form's drop down list. We will try to accommodate most requests but please note that your target move-in date should be no sooner than the first date of offered occupancy and at least five (5) business days from today's date. Your target move-in date must also be no later than 15 days following the first date of offered occupancy. Room Painter is subject to availability, lease approval, and applies only to apartments that haven’t been made ready for occupancy. Not offered on lease renewals. One color per room only and accent walls are not permitted. Due to the unique nature of some floor plans, there may be some instances where the custom color extends into a hallway or the next room. *The initial paint service is free and will be completed according to the confirmed request form. Any changes or alterations made by the Resident will be paid for by the Resident at a cost of $100 per room. Please note that most computer monitors do not show “true and accurate colors”. Please refer to the SKU number of each paint color to ensure it is the color you want. Samples are available at all Sherwin Williams stores.
