Our community is located in Hendersonville near Sumner County Schools and just a few blocks from I-65. We are just one mile from Old Hickory Lake's 26 miles of fishing, boating and gorgeous sunsets and three miles from local shopping. Select homes have been given extensive makeovers and feature private entrances, contemporary Euro-design kitchens, ceramic tile bathrooms and oversized windows with miniblinds. Other homes can include large closets, ceiling fans, cable ready television connections, energy efficient heating and air conditioning and washer and dryer connections. Our top-level apartments even have soaring cathedral ceilings and skylights! Our residents are invited to get a vigorous workout in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center or play an exciting match on our tennis and racquetball courts. Other Comments: We only allow 2 pets total per apartment home. If you have 2 pets, the pet fee is a total of $400 with $25 a month pet rent.
