Apartment Community Overview

Our gated community is just one mile from the 405 Freeway and five miles from the Pacific Coast Highway. Bella Terra Shopping Center is one mile away and Huntington State & City Beach is just five miles from our property. Disneyland is a fifteen-minute drive away and we are close to the prestigious Huntington Beach School District. Our town homes and apartments are available with two or three large bedrooms. Most of our homes have washers and dryers already included, patios and balconies, large mirrored closets and spacious linen closets. Garages are also available. Residents can enjoy our two large swimming pools and two hot tubs after a vigorous workout in our expansive fitness center with poolside view. We also have a business center that is outfitted with high-speed Internet access for our resident's convenience. Our recreation room has a pool table and we also have a barbeque area.
