Pet Restrictions

Acceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals including exotic pets are prohibited. All animals must be authorized by management. Please see leasing center for details.

Application Requirements

Who Needs an Application All applicants and prospective occupants 18 years of age and older need to complete an application.
Income/ Credit History Requirements Applicants must have acceptable income and credit history. Third party consumer credit reporting and screening agencies are used to verify applicants' identity, credit, and criminal history.
Income Requirements 2.8 times the monthly rent.
Income Requirements- Guarantor 4 times the monthly rent.
Criminal Background All applicants and prospective occupants 18 years of age or older are subject to criminal background screening.
Liability Coverage $100,000 in Personal Liability Insurance is required for all households. *Does not apply to Affordable Housing Applicants.

Roommate Changes If a new leaseholder moves in, the new leaseholder and all remaining leaseholders must fill out an application and qualify according to income and criminal standards. If a roommate moves out, all remaining leaseholders will need to re-qualify according to income and criminal standards.
