Special instructions	Open parking is first come first served. Reserved spaces have a reserved sign installed for your vehicle only, upon request. Only one vehicle per leaseholder. There is no charge for guest parking. Guests must use visitor parking spaces and park on property for not more than 72 hours (3 nights) at a time. Once parked, the visitor must be off for a full 24 hours (1 night) before returning to park on the property again. 1 vehicle per licensed driver on the lease. Parking spot is mandatory with vehicle.
