What is the cost to replace a key or fob?

$65

Who is responsible for replacing smart lock batteries?

We provide Smart Lock batteries at move-in. After that, residents are responsible for replacing them as needed.

Step Icon Rent & Billing

Where can rent payments be made?

Payments can be made in person at the leasing office or conveniently through the UDR Resident App.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Late Fee

No.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms include ACH payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and credit cards. Cash is not accepted. Please note that additional fees may apply for credit card payments.

How is a vehicle registered?

Via email/text to management office

Is there guest parking?

Yes

Vehicle Restrictions

Vehicles no larger than F150 are allowed on the lot

Where should a service request be submitted?

All service requests should be submitted through the UDR Resident App.

What qualifies as an emergency service request?

An emergency is any issue that poses an immediate threat to health, safety, property, or essential services and requires urgent attention to prevent further damage or danger.

What are the expected response times for service requests?

24 hour turn around

What are resident responsibilities during service visits?

Clean area, kennel or contain any animals

Where can mail key or mailbox information be found?

Any mail keys lost will need lock replacement at $65

Does the community have package lockers?

Yes

What should be done when an oversized package is delivered?

Deliver directly to the resident's door. If carrier leaves without attempting delivery, resident will have 24 hours to remove.

How frequently is pest control service provided to the community?

Twice monthly

Does the community utilize a courtesy patrol service?

Yes

What hours is courtesy patrol on call?
    After business hours
Which situations do not require patrol involvement?

Lockout, service request

Where are approved locations for trash disposal?

In the dumpster

What items are prohibited from being placed in the trash?

Anything other than normal household trash

Birds, fish

What constitutes a pet policy violation?

Failure to clean pet waste, disturbing peace, bites or aggression, off leash

How are pet policy violations handled and enforced?

Warning from office then further legal action if not remedied

Is this community smoke free?

Yes

Can residents mount a TV in their apartment?

Yes. Must return home to original condition

Can residents paint their apartment?

Yes. Must return home to original condition

Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies?

No. Bottom floors are ok 14 feet from building - no smokers

Can residents decorate their patio/balcony?

Yes with approved outdoor furniture and a reasonable amount of plants
