Is there guest parking?

Where do guests park?
Guest have two parking options. Option 1 is to park in a space labeled GUEST near our tennis courts at a first come first serve basis. Option 2 is pay $10.00 for a Visitor Parking Permit valid for up to 7 consecutive days. This parking permit allows guest to park in any unmarked spaces throughout the property without risk of being towed.
What is the cost of guest parking?

How are guest parking passes obtained?
Directly from the front office and in advance. GO
Is designated motorcycle parking offered at this community?

Are boats/trailers allowed to be parked at this community?

Is there a vehicle washing station/area at this community?
Yes, there is a designated car wash area near building 5.
