Can residents mount a TV in their apartment?	Yes. They must remove and return the walls to the original condition or charges will be assessed
Can residents paint their apartment?	Yes. With the approval of management (color swatches), must be returned to original color at move out or charges will be assessed
Can residents install curtain rods in their apartment?	Yes. Remove and repair any drywall, must be returned to original color at move out or charges will be assessed
Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies?	No. See Policy
Can residents decorate their patio/balcony?	Yes, Patio Furniture only (designated as patio furniture) and some flowers
Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies?	Yes. Cannot mount to the building, must be free standing and only on the resident's leasehold (their balcony or patio)
Can residents smoke on their patio/balcony?	No
