Yes. Residents will be responsible for any holes, damages, and/or painting to repair the wall after removal

Yes. Any drapes visible from windows must match the blinds provided

| Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies? |
Yes

| Can residents decorate their patio/balcony? |
Yes as long as its presentable and not covering your entire balcony. No tents or tarps are permitted from blocking your balcony.
Satellite dishes are not allowed to be mounted on any structural of our buildings, they must be mounted on their own tripods. There is also a $250 hold deposit if you decide to have those services in your apartment home. It is refundable at the time of move out.
