How are guest parking passes purchased?
No guest parking permitted on property. All vehicles require a valid and visible parking permit.
Are boats/trailers allowed to be parked at this community?

How is a vehicle registered?
We do not formally register vehicles. All homes are given one parking passes at move-in. They can be interchanged between vehicles as needed. All vehicles parked on the property MUST display a valid and visible parking pass while on property to avoid towing.
