Can residents mount a TV in their apartment?	Yes. Residents are welcome to mount their TV's on the walls in their home, but they must patch and paint prior to move out to avoid any move out charges. If we find that the repairs were not done to a certain standard, additional charge may apply
Can residents paint their apartment?	Yes. As long as the home is returned to us in the same state it was turned over to a resident in, including painting the home back to the original color, then there is no issue in changing paint
Can residents install curtain rods in their apartment?	Yes. Residents are welcome to hang curtain rods on the walls in their home, but they must patch and paint prior to move out to avoid any move out charges. If we find that the repairs were not done to a certain standard, additional charge may apply
Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies?	No. Grills are not permitted on patios or anywhere within the community
Can residents decorate their patio/balcony?	Yes
Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies?	No. N/A
Can residents smoke on their patio/balcony?	No
