If a new leaseholder moves in, the new leaseholder and all remaining leaseholders must fill out an application and qualify according to income and criminal standards. If a roommate moves out, all remaining leaseholders will need to re-qualify according to income and criminal standards.

|What are the fees and requirements to use the Home Purchase Buyout agreement?||
A fee of $2,500.00 has been (or) will be paid to Andover Place at Cross Creek on or before a specified date. This clause allows the resident to terminate this lease with a 30 day written notice with proof of purchase of home. This home purchase fee will apply to this lease term only. If the resident does not use this option the $2,500.00 fee will be forfeited. At no time is this fee refundable. Resident(s) must provide documentation (sales contract) of the purchase to the management office in order to take advantage of the Home Purchase Clause at time of move out. This clause can not be used for any other purpose.
