Yes. Allowed

| Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies? |
No. Grills can be stored at the community but will need to be at least 10 feet away from the building when in use

| Can residents decorate their patio/balcony? |
We recommend only patio furniture, plants, and holiday decorations on patios.

| Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies? |
Yes. This is allowed, as long as the structure of the buildings are not compromised
