Can residents mount a TV in their apartment?	Yes. Must be mounted on the stud and holes must be patched prior to move out

Can residents install curtain rods in their apartment?	Yes. Holes must be patched prior to move out
Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies?	No. Only Electric Grills allowed on Patio or Balconies
Can residents decorate their patio/balcony?	Yes
Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies?	Yes. Must be placed within the patio area of the home and not mounted to the building. Satellite Dishes must also be removed at move out
