Does this community accept the IZ program?
Yes.
How do I sign up?
Please contact the Department of Housing and Community Development at www.dhcd.dc.gov regarding the availability of such units and the requirements for registration in the Inclusionary Zoning program.
How will I be notified if an IZ home is available?
Check your email. If you are registered, you will receive an email anytime a home is available for your income and household size. Check your email 1-2 times a week, including your junk, spam, or other folders.
How often do IZ homes become available?
Lotteries happen when homes become available. There is no regular schedule.
