Visitor parking spaces are marked throughout the property and require a guest pass during posted hours (8pm-8am).

How are guest parking passes purchased?
Scan QR code on designated visitor parking signage to purchase your guest pass through ParkM. GO

How long are guest parking passes valid?
Passes are available for overnight parking or hourly. Hours are displayed on signage in the community.
How is a vehicle registered?
Through the resident app or when on the application when you apply for an apartment. Please contact the office for assistance.

How can I access the EV charging stations?
There are 6 charging stations throughout the community. They are available on a first come, first served basis.
How do I reserve an EV reserved parking space?
We do not offer reserved EV parking spaces.
Where are the EV charging stations located in the community?
By the 1000 and 6000 buildings.
What types of charging connectors do the stations support?
Our chargers have a J1772 port type, which is compatible with all EVs on the market.
