i loved this place, and the lady who helped us set up our tour once we arrived was so nice and kind. we liked touring a unit alone, as they have it set that way. However... once you leave you will *never* be able to speak to anyone or text anyone with any questions. its all unhelpful virtual assistance crap. i didnt get a call back or emails answered, so i am...
