Is there guest parking?

Where do guests park?
Guest spots are in Phase I and Phase II only. Phase I’s guest spots will be in front of the Leasing Office. Phase II and III’s guest spots will be near buildings 56 and 49 off Golf Course Drive.
What is the cost of guest parking?

How are guest parking passes obtained?
The Kiosks will only accept all major credit cards, such as AMEX, MC, VISA, DISC, will be accepted. Cash will not be accepted. Our guest parking kiosk asks the user to enter the amount of time they will be needing the guest parking space. Guest parking is $1.00 per hour. There is a 24-hour cap on the amount of time anyone can enter for the time on their guest parking permit. The payment receipt will need to be displayed on the dashboard If one lot is full, please try using the other Kiosk in the opposite lot.
