Yes. Residents may mount TV to wall but are required to remove mount and repair walls prior to move out.

Yes. We want our resident to make this their home. Painting is allowed as long as the walls are restored to the original move in color prior to move out.

Yes. Residents may install curtain rods but are required to remove rods and repair walls prior to move out.

Yes, with patio furniture and decor.
