How are guest parking passes purchased?
All guest parking is by permit only between the hours of 7pm - 7am. Guest permits can be purchased in advance at ParkM.com GO
Is there a vehicle washing station/area at this community?
Yes, near the back of the community by building 5.
How long are guest parking passes valid?
Guests have the option to pay for an hourly pass or overnight.
How is a vehicle registered?
Contact the leasing office.

How do I reserve an EV reserved parking space?
First come, first serve.
Where are the EV charging stations located in the community?
We have 3 EV charging ports throughout the community. They are located outside the mail room in building 1, across from building 3 facing Lockheed Martin, and near the playground by building 4.
What types of charging connectors do the stations support?
Standard Level 2.
What if I encounter a problem with a charging station?
Contact ChargePoint via their app.
