Affordable Housing at 5421 at Dublin Station
In collaboration with Alameda County Housing Secure and the city of Dublin, 5421 at Dublin Station is proud to offer affordable housing under 120% Program. The program’s goal is to increase affordable housing opportunities in Dublin and ensure that homes remain affordable over time.

Qualification Requirements
For purposes of determining the gross household income, each person that will be living in the unit that is 18 years of age or older must provide the following documents:
• A complete set of federal and state income tax returns for the past 2 years. In the case where taxes have not been filed for either of the past 2 years, a letter of verification of non-filing from the Internal Revenue Service is required.
• Four most recent and consecutive pay stubs, if applicable.
• Three most recent and consecutive statements for all financial accounts, including, but not limited to, savings accounts, checking accounts, retirement accounts, 401(k) accounts, stock accounts, and other accounts held in the applicant(s) name(s), whether held individually or together.
• If receiving other benefits (e.g., Social Security, Disability, Child Support, Alimony, Royalties, Pension, etc.) additional documents may be requested.
