I've only lived here for 4 months but during that time, the complex has had several socials. The grounds are well kept and the flowers throughout are fragrant and pleasant. There is ample parking, the pool area is clean and larger than most pools at other apartments. I'm so glad I chose Almaden Lake Village to live!!
