From I-5 north or south, take the 45th Street exit and go east 2 blocks to 9th Avenue - we are the beautiful building on your right! Our parking garage is located off of 9th Ave. The gate is open during office hours. Our leasing office entrance is on the corner of 9th Ave NE and NE 45th St.
TOUR PARKING: There are visitor parking spaces in the parking garage.
