Island Square

Driving directions:

Coming from Seattle (going East) take the I90 freeway to Mercer Island. On Mercer Island take the 77th street exit. At the exit turn right to the first stop sign then turn left. Continue to the next stop sign, you will see Island Square on the right, but continue past it for half a block at which time you will see the entrance to the parking garage. When you enter the parking garage, please feel free to park anywhere, however, we do have future resident parking close to the leasing office entry.

Coming from the East side off 405, take the I90 exit west, to Island Crest Way. At the first stop sign go left to the next stop, turn right...Island Square is the first building on the left. You will see the entrance to the parking garage. Please feel free to park anywhere in the garage, however there is future resident parking close to the leasing office entry.

TOUR PARKING DIRECTIONS:

Parking garage entrances located on North and South of building. Enter Public garage - Not gated. Follow signs to leasing office. Future resident parking is clearly marked. No charge to park in garage. 2 hour access. Street parking is available on West and South sides of building. Not metered.
