You are expected to do everything promptly but they do nothing. For the price you pay, you should be treated much better. Their rules are ridiculous. This place has the opportunity to be amazing . I have witnessed office staff treat people Like dirt time and time again. They miss on major issues like vandalism and security, but make small incidents a big deal....
