From Daytona I-4:
Take exit #104 Merge right onto 17-92/ West Seminole Blvd. Go straight through light and stay on West Seminole Blvd for 2 miles. Turn right into Regatta Shores.
From 17-92:
Keep straight on 17-92 into Sanford which will become West Seminole Blvd and we are 2 miles on the left.
