From Daytona I-4:
Take exit #104 Merge right onto 17-92. (Detour) At light turn right onto Monroe Rd. Turn left onto SR-46. Turn left onto N. Mangoustine Ave. Turn left onto W. Seminole Blvd. Turn left into Regatta Shores.

From 17-92:
Keep straight on 17-92 into Sanford which will become West Seminole Blvd and we are 2 miles on the left.
