Driving directions
Our main entrance is located at 4545 8th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Once you arrive at our front door, please call the leasing office on our call box by pressing "Leasing" so we can assist you for your Self Guided Tour.
Driving directions to Lightbox:
From I-5 north or south, take the 45th Street exit and go east 1 block and turn left on 8th Avenue. Our community it 1/2 block up on the left.
TOUR PARKING: 8th Ave has free 2 hour street parking. Our sister property, The Kennedy Building, has future resident parking in our garage off of 9th Ave NE. the address for the garage is 4348 9th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105.
