Pet Requirements
Prior to move in, applicants will be required to provide a clear photo of any animal approved by us.
Pet Restrictions
Acceptable animals include domestic cats (excluding hybrids with ocelots or margays), dogs (excluding hybrids with wolves, coyotes, or jackals), fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), captive-bred species of common cage birds, domesticated rodents and rabbits, non-venomous snakes, turtles, and ferrets. All other animals are prohibited, including, but not limited to, venomous snakes, iguanas, potbelly pigs, and insects.

A resident may submit a Reasonable Accommodation Request for an Assistance Animal for review.
