2. Yoga with Adrienne
Yoga with Adrienne is a long-time favorite on YouTube for yoga lovers. Select a video to target specific tension areas or pick a time-based practice anywhere from 10- to 60-minutes long that best fits your schedule. Have little ones at home? Follow her Yoga PE series for fun poses and movements that will improve your focus and mood.
Peloton is now offering a 30-day free trial of their fitness app. Featuring instructor-led workouts and access to thousands of classes, you don’t need a bike, treadmill, or any other equipment to get your workout in here. Plus, if you decide you want to continue using the app after your free trial, the Peloton Digital Membership is only $12.99 a month.
4. Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness is offering free, live-streamed, no equipment necessary workouts on their Facebook page. Can’t make it for the live stream? All workouts are saved to their page so you can watch when you’re ready to sweat.
