We do have open parking options located underneath each Phases sports courts and we would encourage applicants to be mindful of any reserved signs in these lots. PLEASE NOTE EACH SPACE IS $45. |

| Parking Lot - Assigned - Reserved | $115/month | Phase II - Uncovered Parking Lot outside 1700 building (or 02 building). Only building to have access to this lot is 1700. Units 02-101 to 02-210. |

Where do guests park?
In designated Guest Parking on Sherington Pl. and 16th Street with a Guest Parking Permit or $1.00 per hour Pay by Space at Future Resident between 7pm - 9am.
How are guest parking passes purchased?
Sherington Pl. and 16th Street Guest Parking Permits can be printed at-home from the Resident App.
Is designated motorcycle parking offered at this community?
