Customizations
Can residents mount a TV in their apartment?	Yes. Resident will be responsible for any drywall repairs that may be needed upon move out.
Can residents paint their apartment?	Yes. Resident must put paint color back to original color from move in or they can be charged upon move out.
Can residents install curtain rods in their apartment?	Yes. Resident may be charged for drywall repairs at move out if deemed necessary.
Are grills allowed on patio/ balconies?	No. No grills of any type are allowed on patios. We have an outdoor kitchen and a grilling and sitting area located onsite for resident use.
Can residents decorate their patio/balcony?	Patios can be decorated with patio furniture and plants. Can not be used for storage.
Are satellite dishes allowed on patio/ balconies?	Yes. Satellite must be mounted with u-clamp or on tri-pod. Can not be attached to the building or grounds.
Can residents smoke on their patio/balcony?	Yes
