From MD-650 S by MD-193 (New Hampshire Gardens):
Turn left at N Capitol St NE/N Capitol St NW. Slight left at Hawaii Ave NE. Continue on N Capitol St NW. Continue straight to stay on N Capitol St NW. Slight right to stay on N Capitol St NW. Turn right at New York Ave NW. Turn left at I-395 S. Take the I-295 exit on the left toward Anacostia.
