Southwest Duck Pond

This outdoor recreation facility is home to some of the most beautiful natural scenery in all of Washington DC. With newly restored fountains and lighting, the Southwest Duck Pond serves as an all-seasons gathering space for families on the weekends. Many Southwest Washingtonians enjoy yoga, circuit training, ice cream socials, holiday events, and the farmers market. Private events are also common at the park and can be scheduled at the park offices.
