- Resident App– Make life simple with the UDR Resident App. Using the app, residents can quickly pay rent, submit a service request, view community news, and more - all on their time.
- Smart Home package – Smart Home Packages have been installed in over half of all UDR apartment homes. The Smart Home Package grants residents total home control through smart locks, smart thermostats, and smart outlets. Plus, residents can connect a smart speaker device and grow their Smart Home network even larger.
- Package lockers – Rest assured deliveries are secure with the use of community package lockers. Over 70% of UDR communities use a package delivery system that notifies residents when they have a delivery, allowing them to pick up their packages from a secure storage locker at a time that is convenient for them.
- Electric vehicle charging stations – More than 30 UDR communities now offer car charging stations for electric vehicles. It has never been easier to go green with UDR.
